An event organised several times by my bestie, Sheena. I am ashamed to say that I have yet to attend even one. I shall remedy that this Saturday.

Don't make noise

Ever heard of 'word vomit'? Its a term that people use when someone speaks/ write too much or when someone speaks/ write without thinking. 

When people speak with disregard towards consequences you get discussions like the one on the right. Total word vomit. All words but no substance. The only good thing that can come out of that kind of discussions - people can identify you as the 'unintelligent being that resorts to uncivilised name calling when out of ideas'. This is a good thing, seriously. That way, intelligent and reasonable people like the rest of us can avoid you in order to prevent deterioration of our own intelligence.

Thus quoting a friend of mine, there is a difference between making a point and making noise. The decision is entirely yours.

The Revival of Me

I am guilty of negligence.

Of starting on a project and abandoning it midway.

Of saying I love to write and yet not acting upon it.

Thus it is time to change my ways and start afresh. Call it a late New year's resolution or a Chinese New Year's resolution even.

To capture life's moments no matter how dull it may be. To not be lazy and only use social networking sites. To craft words and hope that someday not only will it inspire me to continue appreciating life but perhaps to also inspire others to do the same.
